During this 90-minute session, you will discover:

a 'happy, healthy hair' dietary plan for luscious locks and a healthy scalp

how to adopt a ‘beauty from the inside out’ mindset and wellness regime

how to care for your hair seasonally especially during the harsher hotter months

the importance of regularly detoxing your hair and scalp, and your diet!

the best treatments tailored to your hair type (and #hairgoals).
