Looking for some concentrated help to reach a short, specific health goal? This one-month program will give you two one-hour sessions with me per month.Together we will create new healthy habits and sustainable change to support your mind, body, emotions and overall wellbeing. What's included: - A safe, inclusive, confidential and non-judgmental space to identify and get to the root cause of your health concerns - Deep and reflective time to consider the key areas of your life that affect your health and happiness - Lots of sharing. I'll be listening and taking lots of notes as you share and open up to a me (aka your friendly, supportive and caring guide who wants to see you thrive on all levels). - Two one-hour sessions in person or via Zoom - Recipes, meal plans, exercise suggestions, mindfulness activities and other healthy lifestyle resources and practices. Yes, this means homework. - Email and phone support in between our sessions.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours beforehand. I value my time and yours, if you cancel at the last minute then another client may miss out.
